This is a large wall in a living room that was done with a genuine wood product called Sanfoot. It is a unique product which can be installed like wallcovering The grain is repetititve because the thin veneer is cut from the same log. The panels come "end-matched" to accommodate the higher than 9' ceiling. A comparable wood paneling installation would have cost ten times as much.

 

 

 

 

This feature wall was built entirely out of standard metal studs and drywall. After finishing and priming, Sanfoot genuine wood wallcovering was installed, giving the appearance of a "block" of solid wood and at a cost many times less.
